Please keep in mind that our products are handmade with mostly natural gemstones and may vary in size, color and form based on the materials used. Gemstone colors may differ from items pictured.  We use a variety of different products to create our jewelry.  Our descriptions should reflect most materials used to the best of our ability.  Please contact us if you have any questions about an item on our site.

Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item please contact us at Bjsgemmebijoux@gmail.com or bjsbijou@gmail.com first to confirm your return and receive shipping information.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of sale. All return must be in good/sellable condition to be returned.  Items that are damaged or not in sellable condition may not be eligible for return.  All sales are final after 30 days.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for the return.

Credit or refund will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of the returned items.
